In this episode I talk about how I can be more authentic with you all. Creating content can be weird especially when you know people are listening to it. My goal is to show more of my personality to try and connect with y'all. It's all a learning process. I also talk about how I plan to move across the country in August and I give my listeners some advice and inspiration in going forward with their passion or purpose.

Stop letting life push you around and start taking control of your own life. You only have one after all. 

Life has its ups and downs, but it's up to YOU to determine how you're going to let it affect you. Life is all about perception. YOU determine how you react to a situation.  In this episode, I give you some practices you can try next time you feel your inner energy become disturbed. 

Real examples of how you can quickly make impactful changes to your current relationships. PSA your partner might not be the one with all the problems after all...

Your life only starts to change when you choose to change it. How do you feel when you're hanging out with those friends, skipping the gym, or eating that unhealthy food. If it doesn't feel good..  change it. It all starts by becoming aware of how these things make you feel and the effects they have on you.  Strive to be the person you want to be and you will get there. I promise.

Get in touch with YOU. After all it's only ever been you and will always only be you. Be comfortable with the fact that you are all you have. Here I will direct you on the path to finding your true self. It all starts by making some simple yet highly impactful changes in your life. You got this. Be excited.
