In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Amy Stout, founder of Abide Outsourcing, to hear her powerful story of surrender, identity, and restoration. Amy opens up about the season when God asked her to lay down the “big business” she thought she wanted. After running on burnout and measuring her worth by her work, she found freedom in abiding with the Lord. Amy shares how she built a business that looked successful on the outside, but left her exhausted and questioning her worth. Then the Lord asked her to do something radical: tear it all down and learn to abide with Him. Through that process, Amy discovered that her value was never in her productivity, but in her identity as a daughter of God. Her story is a beautiful reminder that rest isn’t weakness, it’s worship.
