Today the Church celebrates Blessed Charles de Foucauld. He was a saint who had a hidden life yet attracted many after his death to live the Gospel. 

Today the Church celebrates the feast of St. Andrew who was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. His life was turned to Christ alongside his brother, St. Peter the first pope, and was a life ultimately given up for Christ. He's mentioned a couple times in the Gospels. He's known for experiencing Jesus, talking to others about Jesus, and leading people to Jesus. With this in mind, be a St. Andrew! St. Andrew, Pray For Us!

Today the Church celebrates the first Sunday of Advent as she also celebrates the start of a new Liturgical Year! Today's message is a message of hope that invites us to wait vigilantly in the hope of the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ!

She is the one that sparked the spread of the Miraculous Medal through Mary's pleading which has brought about so many miracles and graces! She is also the first incorruptible we get to share here on the Heaven's HOF Saint of the Day Podcast!

Today is Wednesday, November 27th 2020 in which the Church celebrates St. Maximus & St. Francesco Antonio Fasani! Both men were priest as St. Maximus was a bishop. Both dedicated their lives to God and many were brought to Christ through their preaching and witness! Sts. Maximus & Francesco, Pray For Us!

Today is Wednesday, November 25th 2020 in which the Church celebrates St. Catherine of Alexandria! She was a strong apologist and stayed true to the Catholic faith regardless of oppression and persecution. She was martyred for her faith and is a symbol of hope and fortitude for many.

Today is Monday, November 24, 2020 in which the Church celebrates St. Andrew Dung-Lac & Companions. It's the first time we get to feature companions and a group of Martyrs. St. Andrew Dung-Lac was a priest, dedicating his life to Christ and to the service of the Church. Through his witness, he and his companions drew many to the Catholic faith through their fortitude and zeal for Christ. 

Today is Monday, November 23, 2020 in which the Church celebrates St. Clement I and Bl. Miguel Pro. This second podcast & double-header of Heaven HOF Saint of the Day talks about our 4th Pope in the Catholic Church, a man ordained by St. Peter himself plus a priest who went full master of disguise to share the sacraments to families during the Cristero War. Both men were martyrs for Christ and laid their life down for Him and His Church. 

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of Christ the King in the life of the Church! Because this feast takes importance over a saint feast day, the Church recognizes this Solemnity of Christ the King as it's the last Sunday of the Liturgical Year. Had that not been the case, we'd be celebrating St. Cecilia. In this episode we include both so that you the listener can listen to the backstory of these two feast days!
