On this episode we share the talents of Dutch singer and songwriter Douwe Bob. Douwe was born in Amsterdam on December 12, 1992. He began playing piano at the age of six and picked up the guitar at the age of 14. He is the son of Simon Posthuma of the designer group the Fool. Douwe specializes in folk and country music and he has released four albums. He also represented the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2016.

"Joan is the 80’s inspired synth-pop duo comprised of Alan Thomas and Steven Rutherford. Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas the two ran with similar circles, going to the same church and attending the same college before their paths crossed and they hit it off. Thomas was formerly in the band Canopy Climbers and Rutherford in Brothers + Company before they met. After Rutherford graduated college he decided to pursue music as a career, Thomas was already on that path and they began to pursue a music licensing project. The first time they wrote together they penned “Take Me On” and decided to shift their focus. Over the next few weeks, they began to write and record songs and came up with a song called “With Somebody Else” that they released softly through some music blogs. They then released their debut single “Take Me On” through the label 20XX in 2017. Joan followed up this release with several other one-off singles, before releasing the EP portra on, July 11, 2018." Duncan de Moor who is better known to fans as Duncan Laurence, is a Dutch singer-songwriter. He began his music career in 2014 at the age of 20 years old. He became a semi-finalist in the fifth season of The Voice of Holland. Laurence also ended up representing the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with the song "Arcade" Duncan won the competition, giving the Netherlands its first Eurovision win since 1975.
