Happy Sunday folks! Let’s have a little chat about extroverts today. Often the life of the party, or just the fun person to bring the good energy..but what happens when the extrovert needs a break? Wanna share a revelation I had after several conversations this week that took me back to a convo I had in therapy. Are extroverts allowed to have periods of introversion?
