  • DARRELL DWARF Talks KILLER DWARFS, Touring With PANTERA And Becoming An Author On THE LOADED RADIO PODCAST

The latest edition of The Loaded Radio Podcast features KILLER DWARFS drummer and co-founder Darrell Dwarf

Darrell is currently promoting his new book "Thunder Foot Chronicles of a Rock n Roll Pirate Volume 1" which is hailed as a look into the life and work of Darrell "Dwarf" Millar. A crazy ride in the fast lane of Rock n' Roll spanning over 50 years.

KILLER DWARFS (stylized as KiLLeR DWaRfS) are a hard rock band that formed in late 1981 in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. The band would go on to make a name for themselves throughout the 80's and into the early 90's which saw the release of their powerhouse album "Dirty Weapons".

Having shared the stage with such acts as IRON MAIDEN, PANTERA and MOTLEY CRUE, Darrell has so many stories that he's decided to share his experiences in book form, with the first of three volumes being released to the public in 2021. Two more volumes are set to arrive in the near future.

In the second portion of this week's show, Loaded Radio's Scott Penfold discusses the recent Grammy Awards, which saw Ozzy Osbourne honored with two golden statues for "Best Rock Album" (his first-ever win in the category) and "Best Metal Performance" with his hugely successful and critically acclaimed "Patient Number 9" album (Epic Records). He also looks at the recently announced nominees for the 2023 class of The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

  • SANGUISUGABOGG's DEVIN SWANK And PIERCE THE VEIL's TONY PERRY On The LOADED RADIO PODCAST

This week's edition of The Loaded Radio Podcast is a double header.

Ohio-based death metal band SANGUISUGABOGG have the follow-up to their 2021' album "Tortured Whole" on the slab which bears the title "Homicidal Ecstasy", arriving February 3rd via Century Media Records.

Helmed by SANGUISUGABOGG drummer Cody Davidson, the LP crushingly splits through with such a horrifying, brutal attack, which is thanks in part to the mixing duties of CONVERGE guitarist and studio vet Kurt Ballou [HIGH ON FIRE, NAILS] who "made it sound like us on steroids," says Swank.

Devin discusses the album in this week's podcast, as well as the NSFW video for its latest single "Face Ripped Off", which doesn't even hesitate for a second to take its unflinching gore to the next level.

Also joining host Scott Penfold on this week's show is PIERCE THE VEIL guitarist Tony Perry, who is promoting the band's latest effort "The Jaws of Life". The San-Diego based group's upcoming fifth studio album is set to be released on February 10 after a seven year wait between LP's. This release will also mark PIERCE THE VEIL's first album not to feature drummer Mike Fuentes, who vacated the band in 2017.

The album features collaborations with Brad Hargreaves of THIRD EYE BLIND as well as 19-year-old musician Chloe Moriondo. The album has been said to have a more "melodic and intimate" sound than past records, while also taking influence from grunge bands of the '90s.
