  • Hebrews 5:5-6 – See Hebrews 8:4; Acts 13:32-33. This prophecy was fulfilled in Jesus’ resurrection – not His virgin birth.
  • Hebrews 5:14 – If we are going to grow in the faith, it will take study and practice of the Word.
  • Hebrews 6:4-6 – The impossibility does not lie with God. The impossibility lies with the people. If people leave the word of God after having experienced all the blessings that come with it, there is nothing left to draw them back to God.
