Cornelius meets an angel, and Peter sees a giant sheet from heaven filled with food while he is hungry and wants to eat. This is a story that will be told and retold a few times. This is a key moment in the book of acts as it’s brought up again, and again, in different kinds of ways. This is a big moment for Peter. In a way. This is peters on the road to Damascus experience where he sees other human beings in a new Light. He sees gentiles, A.A. Non Jews in a new Light, and so we go back to this story a few times, and this story is told and retold a few times. So that as your memorizing it, you have to memorize, which section is like which we read about, or we yeah we read about Cornelius and his encounter with the angel a few different times. I think maybe three times. He actually has it. Then he tells it to Peter. Then Peter tells about Cornelius and encounter with the angel to the people in Jerusalem. We also read about peters and counter with the sheet from Luke’s perspective than Peter retails the story about the sheetto the people in Drew Salem, and so there’s lots of different telling and retelling of these events in this chapter.
