Steven speech takes us through old testament history. Talks about Abraham a lot and his journey and it touches on Isaac and Jacob and Joseph. Then it focuses a lot on the person of Moses. Moses is the dominant figure in this story and another figure that is dominant in the story is the angel who appears before us. It is interesting that it doesn’t say that God appears, but that an angel appears it appears that there is some kind of a connection between this angel, and the rejection of Jesus, and of course, the rejection of Moses, and the rejection of Jesus for sure
