These days, Millennials and Gen Z's are famous for job hopping. They don't even stay in the same industry for more than a few years. I spent 25 years in TV news and that was a long time, but I can't even hold a candle to Hector Lebron with Clay Cooley Nissan of Irving and his 39 years in the car business.
