In this episode, Heidi and Toni experience the 2022 Tall Ships Festival in Cleveland.  Tall Ships America is a nonprofit organization that works with tall ships operators, host ports, crew, and corporate sponsors to focus on youth education, leadership development and preservation of the maritime heritage of North America.  Although this festival only comes to Cleveland every three years, it was interesting to learn about the program, tour the ships and speak directly to the crew about the ships, program, and their personal adventures.  We definitely recommend that you attend this festival the next time it comes to town.

After brunch, we headed to The International Women's Air and Space Museum showcases powerful and accomplished women who went to space and women who flew planes.  It is a free museum located inside the Burke Lakefront Airport, with a $7 charge for parking.  Visit this museum and learn about these inspirational female pilots and astronauts.  You can also register for flying lessons or schedule a discovery flight over the city of Cleveland.

The Cleveland History Center is two museums in one, and it features the one and only Euclid Beach Carousel!  This six acre museum is located in University Circle and is within walking distance to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.  Everyone in the family will find something of interest in this museum, from shoes worn by Lebron James, to information on Elliot Ness, beautiful outdoor gardens, antique cars and planes, and unlimited rides on a working carousel from Cleveland own Euclid Beach amusement park.

Warning: This episode is sure to active your sweet tooth!  We went to Chocolate Fest and indulged in chocolate, chocolate martini's, chocolate samples and pizza!  Later, Toni goes to Barrio for the first time, and finally gets that jalapeno margarita! It was a beautiful night in the city, and we had an amazing time.
