Wine Educator, Heidi Iren Hansen: "In the master wine education you have to have a really deep understanding of the viticulture and the winemaking. Also shipping, bottling and quality control, so you really go very deep into the production as well. I think even though I'm not trained as a winemaker, I really understand the process, what happens in the vineyard and in the wine."
