Summer is the new Spring buying season. A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to talk to Nekije Rizvani and Renee Frey from the Rizvani Group. We discussed some of the challenges to buying and listing homes in this market and how they have addressed them. If you are interested in doing either, this is a really good listen.
Coming up with enough cash for a down payment to buy a house is the single biggest roadblock for most prospective home buyers. In this episode I chat with Joe Racamato, President of Silex Financial Group about how you can get into the home of your dreams with less than 20% down, dispel some of the myths around down payment, and provide helpful guidance on down payments do’s and don’ts.
In this episode I will talk to Joe Racamato president of Silex Financial Group about private mortgage insurance, dispelling the myths, and discussing the options.
Style and fashion are very personal. No one person has the same style or taste and that is what makes fashion so much fun as a personal expression of who you are. However, there are some “essentials” that can take some of the complications out of fashion. Today I will be sharing what some of those basics should be; how to manage a burgeoning closet and that feeling of “I have nothing to wear” along with some sound advice on spring fashion.
I am very lucky to have Alexandra Swain (@Stylebyswain) join me to walk through the essentials, closet cleansing and more. Alexandra has been in fashion most of her young career - from retail to stylist. She has a great eye, a strong aesthetic that will appeal to many and a very mature and balanced view on how to get the most out of fashion without spending a fortune.
I hope you enjoy our conversation and the great tips we will share.
Fashion Forward On :)

When doing research for this episode, it struck me that most people spend more time planning to get into college or helping their kids apply and get accepted then they do on finding the right home for them, one they can afford and grow with.
In this episode, we will discuss some simple but effective strategies to help in the home buying process from location selection to the amount of money you can afford.
I hope you find this information helpful...Happy House Hunting!
