This story is about Jan who is a registered nurse and an Optimal Health Coach! She is mom of 8 children. She has been through divorce and challenges with re- marriage and blending families, and from those challenges were born the wonderful gift she can offer people today-That of a thriving, optimally healthy life in all areas! Heidi's personal side note: I actually started using Jan as my health coach after this interview!! What?! I have never used a coach before! I started doing the program on November 7 and to date on January 9 I have lost 18 pounds (all of that in just 9 weeks-and through 3 major holidays)!  I feel amazing. I had gained weight after using a medication two years ago and nothing could get rid of that weight! I was so discouraged about it. Now I can fit into my clothes again! I no longer suffer with daily terrible stomach pains and food sensitivities. My skin and hair are improved. My energy is so much better because I'm eating all the time. And just last week I even started weight lifting which I have never done in my life! I'm so glad I listened to Jan, she came in my life at the perfect time!

This story is about Baylee who is currently the title holder of Mrs. Vineyard in the Mrs. Utah America Pageant. She lost a pregnancy that took a toll on her body and she experienced postpartum depression with no baby. It was so much grief. Baylee decided to do the pageant because she wanted her platform to be Infant Loss and help other grieving women to have resources for their postpartum grief. He grew up wanting to be 'fixed' (not being attracted to guys) but he finally had to confront reality and tell his parents he was gay, and they honored him and his choices. He decided he could build a good life by not hiding anymore. Ben has seen that his sexual orientation has brought more love and kindness into his life. This story is about  Bob who was hit by drunk driver when he was 15 and was in a coma for 3 days and a wheelchair for 7 weeks. His mom, who was his only parent died while he was in high school. Then his family friend who was like a father figure died from a drug overdose. Bob's 3 year old daughter Macy died in a car accident which he witnessed first hand. His oldest brother died by suicide. Then his grandchild died of SIDS at 2 months of age.

Bob Founded a non profit at age 19 - Suicide prevention and crisis intervention. And now he has a company Next Level Live, Inc and is an international speaker! He has a Tedx Talk on Connectology. He is an author and creator of Live immersions and online courses! He also has a podcast called Next Level By Association. (Heidi was a guest on his podcast!)
