A very interesting man who was considered a pioneer in early radio. He wrote "It Ain't Gonna Rain No Mo" that was the first popular song on radio. He sold 2 million records...worth a Gold Disk in the 1930's. Written by Rose Franken... short stories based on the same characters appeared in Redbook Magazine.
