The issue of slavery is not only one that belongs to years gone by, or to far-flung lands across the globe; it's all around us here in the UK. Today Leeza and Jonny are joined by Amy Bishop from The Clewer Initiative to talk about this crucial issue for the UK church. What is modern slavery? Is this an issue all Christians should be engaged with? If so, what are the first steps?

The question of immigration has divided the nation since the Brexit referendum, so how should we think about it? What does working on the frontline of immigration look like? Work, work, work! Our culture both loves it and hates it! Stuck somewhere between self-care and 'get your hustle on!' we both hate burnout, and yet can't seem to avoid it. This week, Leeza and Jonny discuss the very real threat of burnout for us all.  Flexible working, home working patterns, portfolio careers - alongside our longing for meaning - has meant that burnout has become its own epidemic. Does Jesus have anything to say into this trend? Can Christians be any different? What does rest actually look like practically?

Steph retells his redemptive story of how small emotional deficiencies turned into full-on addiction and homelessness, before Jesus revealed himself to him through the faithful witness of an Edinburgh charity. But what happened next? Did becoming a Christian mean Steph never touched a drink again? What did the road to recovery look like? What would he say to someone under the iron first of addiction?
