Iman was introduced to yoga 18 years ago and has been dedicated to Ashtanga yoga for 14 years. She is the first authorised Ashtanga teacher in Egypt from (kpjayi) she has been traveling to India since 2008 learning in The Ashtanga Yoga Institute of Mysore. She also managed Purple Valley yoga retreat in Goa where she worked with and assisted many of ashtanga Yoga's renowned certified teachers.
