Rasha Kenawi is a senior Economist and Advisor to Governments turned Leadership Development Expert, Trainer and Corporate Culture Consultant. She is one of the awarded Top 50 Most Influential Women during 2020. Rasha holds a Master’s degree for Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a program for mid-careers that is known to prepare leaders among the world for a greater impact. She also earned an extra distinction of her achievement of the HKS certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences, which demonstrates a high level of training.

Rasha became obsessed with transforming organizations and their people who are seeking higher performance level. Her end goal is to develop moral leaders around the world and to design resilient businesses that survive through tough times. She started this career with Harvard Kennedy School as a Teaching Fellow on “Leadership and Public Narrative”.

Rasha is now working with global brands as a highly-rated Executive trainer and Transformational leadership consultant. She is also traveling around the world as a Business Coach to leaders to help transform executives/middle-managers/employees of multinationals or family business CEOs into highly effective leaders and to guide emerging and established young leaders and startups to grow their business. She is also very interested to transform women, grow their leading skills and help them go beyond the glass ceiling and fight the stereotypes.  Rasha works with Government entities to help them lead into more innovative solutions. She is a motivational speaker with interest in innovation and social change. Her passion is to design, deliver and facilitate leadership programs through developing workshops on Transformational Leadership, as well as creating organizational culture of values, expectations and practices that will guide them, achieve the required transformation and create performance growth.

Rasha holds another Masters for Economics from the American University in Cairo. In the last 20 years, she was a Senior Independent Consultant in Public Policy with a demonstrated history of working with different Governments. She published articles on Egypt’s economic issues and has been speaking at different conferences and international organizations on authentic leadership. She worked as Senior advisor to different Egyptian Ministers, Ambassadors of the USA to Egypt and to the International Labor Office in Geneva. She was awarded by Assistant Secretary Of the USA, David Welch Outstanding Performance award for her contribution, as the only Egyptian member on U.S. Embassy side, to the success of negotiations between the State Department, and the Government of Egypt on the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement between the two countries.

As well as a certified nutritionist, wellness coach and clinical hypnotherapist which is a passion area to enable building a happy and productive organization. After completing a Degree in BA, Ramy pursued his passion for telling stories, Completing a Writing Course with the acclaimed writer Robert Mckee, Ramy began his career as a script writer for the award winning animated series WuzzWuzz and by the end of the first season he was producing the series as well. While completing his Academic Studies in Film Directing with the acclaimed Egyptian Director Sherif Arafa, Ramy was working as an Assistant Director in with the American Film Maker Brandon Dickerson on several Music Videos both Nationally and Internationally. Writing and Directing the 28 Episode Television series "Love Life" Ramy filmed all over the world in a 2 Year Project, while Directing Several Documentaries and PSA's for Clients such as UNICEF, Save the Children, UNDP, UNAIDS, British Embassy in Cairo, Book of Hope International, The petroleum Ministry and Egyptian LNG, Tahrir Monologues, No Military Trials for Civilians and many more. Directing Tmore than 11 short Movies including the Award winning short "Ana Asser", Chiffon and the story of a country, Ramy also Wrote and Directed several TV Campaigns including "Egypt is changing" and "Choose Egypt" and several Music Videos. Ramy went on to direct season 2,3 and 4 of the Novella Heba Regl ElGhorab (Betty la Fea) Directing the Hit TV show Abu Hafiza for MBC Masr. Teleet Rohy, Ana Sherry dot com and the feature Film the Good, Bad and the Tramp.

Ahmed Amer is an Egyptian writer/director/producer living between Cairo and New York. He recently released his first feature “Kiss Me Not” بلاش تبوسني  that premiered at Arabian Nights at the Dubai International Film Festival (DIFF) and toured the festival circuit including the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) and the Miami Film Festival.

Amer has a strong background in film having worked as an assistant editor, writer and script consultant for both theatre and film.

He co-wrote “Feathers of a Father”, 'فيلم 'ريش  the debut feature for director Omar El Zuhairy (Cannes Cinefondation). 'Feathers' wins Grand Prize at Cannes' International Critics. 

Iman was introduced to yoga 18 years ago and has been dedicated to Ashtanga yoga for 14 years. She is the first authorised Ashtanga teacher in Egypt from (kpjayi) she has been traveling to India since 2008 learning in The Ashtanga Yoga Institute of Mysore. She also managed Purple Valley yoga retreat in Goa where she worked with and assisted many of ashtanga Yoga's renowned certified teachers.

Previously she worked as the Director of the Child and Adolescent Unit of the General Secretariat for Mental Health, Ministry of Health and Population from 2010-2013.
