Today I want to introduce you to a beautiful girl who I consider to be a creative and a lover of the good things in life.

She came to Hive thanks to her sister and she tells me that she was the one who encouraged her to join this great ecosystem since a couple of years ago, however, well, her studies and other commitments had delayed her to start taking her steps here creating content, but as life always places us our moment, once her internship was over she decided to take that step to start her way in the Hive´s Blockchain.

That's how the beautiful Scarlett **(@s-alvarez)** arrived at Hive. A soul extremely passionate about art since she was a little girl (this is what I admire most about her), mainly in drawing, which she tells me has been her refuge in the face of complex situations she has had to experience, as her main form of expression. This is thanks to her family, which is practically full of artists:

A family nucleus that, beyond fascinating, has allowed my beautiful friend to grow up in a creative environment, among crayons and screen glitter. A preamble that helped her to learn new ways of knowing and shaping her vision of the world. However, she has also been studying this art (drawing), mainly through online courses and tutorials (step by step), these have allowed her to perfect her talent to become a professional activity, since she has been able to make drawings on demand…

And beyond being passionate about drawing, also loves to enjoy what unites all of us in this great community, good food (but preferably good pizza haha), which she sees as a dish that unites hearts around the world, of which she tells me her favorite is the pizza with mushrooms, although well, she also declares herself open to try almost all combinations, except for the Hawaiian pizza (because so far this does not convince her, but who knows if someday she will try one that is made in a very specific way and she likes it hehe).

But, besides drawing beautifully and loving to enjoy a tasty slice of pizza, our beautiful Scarlett has a great interest in something very specific in the world of video games (because these as such are not her favorite or her forte because for now she dedicates little time to them):

Those that have a great focus on “strategy” in order to advance the plot. Zombies and Empire: Four Kingdoms that she has been able to test her ingenuity and ability to work on planning her strategies.

> **Another thing she loves... Appreciating the sea. 🌅**

A curious fact that I want to share with you about her is the influence of the big screen in my beautiful friend's life, also known as the world of cinema. Thanks again to one of her cousins who is an actor, she has a very unique and fascinating perspective on storytelling and visual expression. And although she is not currently a professional filmmaker, she appreciates this art in a very passionate way.

A second curious fact that I want to share with you, is that she is a very “restless” person in terms of knowledge, so she is constantly improving her skills and training through courses/workshops, such as: marketing, portrait, dubbing, digital illustration, personal finance, makeup, piano and even Russian (a fact that I love because it is quite unique to know people who have studied this language). Knowledge that has been very useful, inspiring and motivating to continue improving in all aspects of her life, which is possible for her to continue nurturing “that restless spirit”.

So in her profile we can always find what she is most passionate about sharing with us: mainly her reflections and perspectives of life, from her experiences (because she tells me that beyond being a young woman, she also has many experiences to share and that she does not see age as an impediment to talk about deep and significant issues for society). Although many times she also tells me that her perfectionism has made her review her publications very carefully, because she focuses on making sure that each text she writes has a message that truly connects with those who take the time to read it.

Last but not least, another area that has helped her and continues to help her nurture all those experiences she shares in each publication is literature, including her favorite books: “The Aleph” by Paulo Coelho and “The Psychiatrist” by Wulf Dorn. Of which the first one attracts her for its reflections on forgiveness, the present and spiritual growth, and the second one, for its shocking ending and the way in which things in life are approached, taking into account the repercussions of past traumas.

So I consider my beautiful friend to be a young woman with great sensitivity and talent... and we can see that reflected in every word she shares with us in her publications. A girl full of good vibes and with a restless mind, she is always looking for more and better things to learn, to contribute more to the world and to those around her. So I am sure that her presence in this community will contribute to continue adding value to the hive.

Hoy deseo presentarles a una hermosa chica que considero es tanto creativa como amante de las buenas cosas de la vida.

Ella llegó a Hive gracias a su hermana y me comenta que fue la que la animó a unirse a este gran ecosistema desde hace un par de años, sin embargo, bueno, sus estudios y otros compromisos le habían atrasado empezar a dar sus pasos aquí creando contenido, pero como la vida siempre nos coloca nuestro momento, una vez finalizada su pasantía decidió dar ese paso para iniciar su camino en la Blockchain de Hive.

Fue así como la bella Scarlett **(@s-alvarez)** llegó a Hive. Un alma sumamente apasionada por el arte desde que era pequeña (esto es lo que más admiro de ella), principalmente en el dibujo, el cual ella me comenta que ha sido su refugio ante situaciones complejas que ha tenido que experimentar, como su principal forma de expresión. Esto es así gracias a su familia, que prácticamente está llena de artistas:

Un núcleo familiar que, más allá de fascinante, le ha permitido a mi hermosa amiga poder crecer en un ambiente creativo, entre crayones y brillos de pantalla. Un preámbulo que le ayudó a aprender nuevas formas de conocer y de plasmar su visión del mundo. Sin embargo, ella también ha venido estudiando este arte (el dibujo), principalmente a través de cursos online y tutoriales (paso a paso), estos les han permitido perfeccionar su talento hasta convertirlo en una actividad profesional, ya que ha podido realizar dibujos bajo pedido.

Sin embargo, nuestra hermosa amiga, más allá de ser una gran apasionada por el dibujo, también le encanta poder disfrutar de lo que nos une a todos en esta gran comunidad… La buena comida (pero preferiblemente la buena pizza jaja), la cual ve como un plato que une corazones alrededor del mundo, del que me comenta su favorita es la pizza con champiñones, aunque bueno, también se declara abierta a probar casi todas las combinaciones, con excepción de la pizza Hawaiana (ya que hasta los momentos esta no termina de convencerla, pero quién sabe si algún día pruebe una que esté elaborada de una forma muy específica y sí le guste jeje).

Pero, además de dibujar hermosamente y amar el poder disfrutar de un sabroso trozo de pizza, nuestra bella Scarlett tiene un gran interés por algo muy específico en el mundo de los videojuegos (porque estos como tal no son sus favoritos ni su fuerte porque por ahora le dedica poco tiempo):

Los que tienen un gran enfoque en “la estrategia” para poder avanzar en la trama. Y es gracias a juegos como Plantas vs. Zombis y Empire: Four Kingdoms que ella ha podido poner a prueba su ingenio y capacidad para trabajar la planificación de sus estrategias.

> **Otra cosa que le encanta… Apreciar el mar. 🌅**

Un dato curioso que deseo compartirles de ella es la influencia de la pantalla grande en la vida de mi bella amiga, también conocido como el mundo del cine. Gracias nuevamente a uno de sus primos que actor, por lo que ella tiene una perspectiva muy singular y fascinante sobre lo que es la narrativa y la expresión visual. Y aunque ella actualmente no se dedica profesionalmente al cine, si aprecia este arte de una forma muy apasionada.

Un segundo dato curioso que deseo compartirles, es que ella es una persona muy “inquieta” a nivel de conocimiento, por lo que constantemente se mantiene mejorando sus habilidades y capacitándose a través de cursos/talleres, como: de marketing, retrato, doblaje, ilustración digital, finanzas personales, maquillaje, piano y hasta ruso (un dato que me encanta porque es bastante singular conocer personas que hayan estudiado este idioma)… Conocimientos que les han sido de gran utilidad, inspiración y motivación para seguir mejorando en todos los aspectos de su vida, que le sea posible el seguir nutriendo “ese espíritu inquieto”.

Por lo que en su perfil siempre podremos encontrar lo que a ella más le apasiona compartir con nosotros: principalmente sus reflexiones y perspectivas sobre la vida, desde sus experiencias (porque ella me comenta que más allá de ser una mujer joven, igualmente posee muchas experiencias para compartir y que no ve la edad como un impedimento para hablar sobre temas profundos y significativos para la sociedad). Aunque sí muchas veces también me expresa que su perfeccionismo le ha hecho como que revisar sus publicaciones muy cuidadosamente, porque se enfoca en que cada texto que escribe tenga un mensaje que verdaderamente conecte con quien se toma el tiempo de leerla.

Por último, pero no menos importante, otra área que la ha ayudado y la sigue ayudando a nutrir todas esas experiencias que comparte en cada publicación es la literatura, entre ella sus libros favoritos: “El Aleph” de Paulo Coelho y “La Psiquiatra” de Wulf Dorn. Del cual el primero le atrae por sus reflexiones sobre el perdón, el presente y el crecimiento espiritual, y el segundo, por su impactante final y esa forma en la que las cosas de la vida son abordadas, tomando en cuenta las repercusiones de los traumas del pasado.

Por lo que considero que mi hermosa amiga es una joven con una gran sensibilidad e igualmente, talento… y eso lo podemos ver reflejado en cada palabra que nos comparte en sus publicaciones. Una chica llena de mucha buena vibra y que su mente inquieta, siempre está constantemente buscando más y mejores cosas por aprender, para aportar más al mundo y a los que le rodean. Así que estoy segura de que su presencia en esta comunidad contribuirá a seguir aportando valor a la colmena.

**Saludos a todos los miembros de la comunidad de emprendedores...** Estoy contenta porque por fin pude grabar el taller que ya había realizado el 13 de diciembre y que por muchos problemas que tuve con mi laptop, el Discord y mi internet se me dificultó muchísimo realizar la grabación (pero está vez, en la presentación hice varios cambios, para así realizar un segundo taller desde Telegram).


**Ahora... ¿De qué va todo esto?**

De que este taller se dividió en dos secciones la parte del “voice” que se enfoca en el manual de voz y tono para marcas personales que hacen presencia en Hive y la parte de “glow”, en donde trabajamos lo que es moodboard e identidad visual (con un enfoque en conceptos básicos y esenciales para cualquier creador de contenido en el ecosistema de Hive).

**Igualmente, en un inicio dejé claro que el objetivo de este taller está muy alejado de adquirir conocimientos profesionales tanto a nivel de diseño gráfico como de copywriting, ya que el objetivo del mismo es:**

Facilitar conocimientos que ayuden a tener más claridad al momento de expresase a través del contenido y también tomarse en serio esta parte tan importante que debe de existir en todo modelo de negocio… el saber cómo te expresas sin importar que el que esté detrás de esa publicación no seas tú, (que aun así puedan hablar con tu esencia), sin embargo, esta información igualmente la pueden utilizar para diferentes para diferentes ecosistemas de la Web3 y Web2.


**Para la primera parte del taller, @misticogama** (gracias a toda la información que me suministró en su participación el vieres 13), fue ejemplo perfecto con el que procedí a explicar los puntos que conforman un manual de voz y tono de marca, la importancia de definir una personalidad afín o interesante para el público al que te diriges e igualmente el caso de éxito que místico en pocos días ha mostrado por una información muy particular que me dejó conocer a través de una conversación que tuve con él por Telegram. También los participantes pudieron conocer la automatización que les permite realizar el manual gracias a la información que ellos les suministren sobre su marca personal (y por supuesto, sobre sí mismos).

**Ahora, para la segunda sección del taller** nos llevamos “cierta información de la parte del voice”, porque fue necesaria para utilizarla en la identidad visual de una marca (con énfasis en la elaboración de un moodboard muy sencillo y práctico para los creadores de contenido en Hive). Igualmente, se puede aplicar para diferentes ecosistemas de la Web2, sin embargo, bueno como ya saben el objetivo de este taller es la Web3 que tanto lo necesita y merece (aunque de igual manera en la primera sección del taller pudimos ver ejemplos de mensajes/copys para diferentes ecosistemas Web2).


Los participantes pudieron aprender lo que es la teoría del color de en un concepto básico con el objetivo de (nuevamente) automatizar a través de una herramienta gratuita, lo que es la creación o adaptación de una paleta de colores que se adapte a los valores de la marca, y lo mejor de todo, con colores de libre uso (sin patente), por lo que estos pueden ser utilizados por los presentes sin tenes algún tipo de preocupación de incurrir en la elección de un color “con derechos” (igual ese punto lo hablamos en el taller).

**Lo que más les gusto a los participantes de esta herramienta**, fue que ella facilita toda esa selección tediosa de elegir el color más acorde para una marca (porque simplemente no se sabe por dónde empezar). También pudieron conocer lo que es una tipografía, la elección de las más acordes por el estilo que estas transmiten (gracias a los ejemplos que se pueden observar en la presentación), el significado de las tipografías más básicas con sus respectivas recomendaciones iniciales (porque realmente hay muchísimas tipografías y el objetivo es no complicarse tanto al momento de elegir tipografías, pero sí saber elegir las que tengan nuestra personalidad como marca personal). De igual forma pudieron conocer:

La importancia de saber elegir los elementos, texturas, gráficos y gradiants (en el caso de que apliquen) al momento de ubicarlos en sus diseños, y así estos puedan mantener la armonía en un diseño (con el objetivo de que la identidad de marca siempre prevalezca).

**Ya para finalizar con los ejercicios en el área de diseño**, los participantes también pudieron aprender: ¿cuál es la mejor forma de unirlo todo? A través de ejemplos enfocados en la creación de contenido en el ecosistema de Hive a nivel de publicaciones y de banners. Por lo que, definitivamente este taller, yo me atrevo a decir que fue una experiencia gratificante, ya que pese a los problemas técnicos que tuve con el internet ese día, los participantes así lo evidenciaron (a través de su feedback), y por supuesto, también muy enriquecedora cuando hablamos de creación de contenido.

**Greetings to all the members of the entrepreneur community...** I´m happy because I was finally able to record the workshop that I had already done on December 13 and that due to many problems I had with my laptop, Discord and my internet it was very difficult for me to make the recording (but this time, in the presentation I made several changes, so I could do a second workshop from Telegram).


**Now... What is this all about?**

This workshop was divided into two sections: the “voice” part, which focuses on the voice and tone manual for personal brands that have a presence in Hive, and the “glow” part, where we worked on moodboarding and visual identity (with a focus on basic and essential concepts for any content creator in the Hive ecosystem).

**Likewise, at the beginning I made it clear that the objective of this workshop is very far from acquiring professional knowledge both in graphic design and copywriting, since the objective of the workshop is:**

Facilitate knowledge that will help to have more clarity when expressing yourself through content and also take seriously this important part that must exist in every business model ... knowing how you express yourself no matter who is behind that publication is not you, (that even so they can speak with your essence), however, this information can also be used for different ecosystems of the Web3 and Web2.


**For the first part of the workshop, @misticogama** (thanks to all the information he provided me in his participation on Friday 13), was the perfect example with which I proceeded to explain the points that make up a brand voice and tone manual, the importance of defining a related or interesting personality for the audience you are targeting and also the success case that mystic in a few days has shown by a very particular information that he let me know through a conversation I had with him by Telegram. Also, the participants were able to learn about the automation that allows them to make the manual thanks to the information they provide about their personal brand (and of course, about themselves).

**Now, for the second section of the workshop we took** “some information from the voice part”, because it was necessary to use it in the visual identity of a brand (with emphasis on the elaboration of a very simple and practical moodboard for content creators in Hive). Likewise, it can be applied to different Web2 ecosystems, however, as you know, the objective of this workshop is the Web3 that needs and deserves it (although in the first section of the workshop we were able to see examples of messages/copys for different Web2 ecosystems).


Participants were able to learn what color theory is in a basic concept with the objective of (again) automating through a free tool, what is the creation or adaptation of a color palette that fits the values of the brand, and best of all, with free use colors (no patent), so they can be used by those present without having any concern of incurring in the choice of a color “with rights” (we talked about this point in the workshop).

**What the participants liked most about this tool** was that it facilitates all that tedious selection of the most appropriate color for a brand (because you just don't know where to start). They were also able to learn what a typeface is, how to choose the most appropriate ones for the style they convey (thanks to the examples that can be seen in the presentation), the meaning of the most basic typefaces with their respective initial recommendations (because there are really many typefaces and the goal is not to get so complicated when choosing typefaces, but to know how to choose the ones that have our personality as a personal brand). In the same way they were able to know:

The importance of knowing how to choose the elements, textures, graphics and gradiants (if applicable) when placing them in their designs, so that they can maintain harmony in a design (with the objective that the brand identity always prevails).

**To finish with the exercises in the design area**, participants were also able to learn: what is the best way to put it all together? Through examples focused on the creation of content in the Hive ecosystem at the level of publications and banners. So, definitely this workshop, I dare to say that it was a rewarding experience, because despite the technical problems I had with the internet that day, the participants evidenced it (through their feedback), and of course, also very enriching when we talk about content creation.

And although I'm not an expert in games, this year I've delved into some of them (thanks to the Airdrops theme, since there we can also find some pretty good ones). I'm talking about “Merge Away”, a game that beyond the fact that you can download it directly from your Play Store or Apple Store and be mainly free (because it also has some paid options), has a different approach to those I've played.

**But... What is Merge Away! about?**

It really is a game that, although at first it may seem simple, because its main mission is that we manage to convert “two objects into other more complex or sophisticated” (which I love because depending on the chapter in which we find ourselves can become more strange and beautiful), as you can see, also has a very detailed and colorful design (something that for me when I play it really catches my attention and I love to enjoy). Also, as our fun game progresses we will find more challenging chapters (however, in the video I bring you today I will only share my experience in chapter number 1)...

**But I can tell you that the higher level ones will have several surprises when mixing the materials and delivering them to the customers**, and as you can also see, some will be more demanding than others when placing their orders. And don't worry if at some point you get stuck or feel that the game “gets complicated” (as was also my case hehe):

Because the game itself will give you clues or guides with which you can continue mixing the materials to complete your “chapters” (without leaving aside that several of the ingredients also have small notes that will indicate the best time to use them) and we will also have a box to incorporate the materials that are a kind of “nuisance on the game board” when fulfilling an order.

Y es que para nadie es un secreto que existen varios ingredientes claves para alcanzar el éxito al emprender, sin embargo, hay uno al que siento que en determinadas ocasiones no se le da la relevancia que merece. Hablo nada más y nada menos que de “la obsesión” (si señores, así como lo leen jaja).

Pero, no de una obsesión **“cualquiera”**, sino de una obsesión con propósito y enfoque, porque más allá de tener un objetivo en la mente y la estrategia para llegar a él, necesitamos de poder usar nuestra energía de una forma en la que nos permita disfrutar de lo que estamos haciendo sin la necesidad de estar obsesionados con alcanzar esa meta, porque es precisamente en este intervalo en donde realmente construirnos los cimientos de eso que tanto “deseamos”.

**Y si te preguntas, ¿cómo es esto posible?**

Con base a mi experiencia, esta obsesión al disfrute es posible cuando nos enfocamos en cada paso de una forma positiva y nada tóxica…

En cada detalle de las acciones que tomamos, en aprender constantemente (porque también es muy importante mantener esa mentalidad de eternos aprendices para poder disfrutar de nuestro proceso), cuando celebramos a nuestra manera esas pequeñas visorias que solo nosotros sabemos cuanto nos han costado y por supuesto, cuando entendemos de que ese resultado final es nada más y nada menos que la suma de todas estas piezas:

La suma de decisiones buenas, con las que no lo fueron tanto y por supuesto, la experiencia que vamos acumulando con el pasar del tiempo.

Teniendo presente también que las cosas no siempre estarán bajo nuestro control y que debemos aprender a soltar y confiar (aquí te confieso que sigo en proceso de aprendizaje cuando hablamos de soltar jeje, sobre todo por temas situación país Venezuela). Por eso es tan importante trabajar nuestra mentalidad, porque nos permite tomar mejores decisiones y acciones e igualmente nos ayuda a impedir que las variables externas nos impacten emocionalmente de una forma negativa (en la mayoría de los escenarios, porque también estoy consciente de que hay casos de casos).

**También esa obsesión nos permite darnos cuenta de una verdad que para mí es indiscutible:**


Y es que disfrutar de ese camino hacia el éxito siempre será más valioso que tener “fama”, porque esta segunda es muy efímera y así como llega también puede irse muy rápido, sin embargo, el verdadero éxito, es un logro que se cocina a fuego lento, con tiempo, esfuerzo y determinación… Se construye cuando nos obsesionamos con enfoque, por eso en lo que creemos.

### ✨Aunque muchas veces crear contenido puede llegar a parecer un desafío, hay una verdad innegable y que siempre será viral:

Siempre debemos de ser fiel a nuestra esencia, porque no importa cuán rápido lleguen o cuán efímeras sean las tendencias… El contenido auténtico y con personalidad siempre marcará la diferencia, sin embargo, aquí también debemos de tener presente otro punto super importante. Y es que ser “orinal” no significa ser muy rígido, anticuado o ir en contra de las tendencias, porque es el equilibrio lo que nos permitirá posicionarnos en el mercado, mantenernos allí y a su vez mantener nuestra identidad de marca para adaptarnos a todas esas nuevas corrientes que se generan constantemente en el mismo mercado.

### Hasta aquí todo suena muy bien, pero… ¿Cuál es ese contenido?👀

Pues muy fácil (aunque no todos lo saben), el que mejor conecta con tu audiencia cuando lo compartes. Ese que refleja con enfoque quién eres (más que todo tu personalidad o día a día) y qué haces, pero sin dejar de promocionarte de una forma relevante (porque no te olvidas de lo actual).

**Por esto es que aquí ha entrado y sigue escalando “el rey”.**

Y es que en la Web2 (aunque he estado analizando que en la Web3 también sigue escalando de posición exponencialmente), a lo largo de los años este formato rey ha evolucionado de ser grabaciones amateurs para pasar a ser excelentes producciones cinematográficas (más aquí si dejo claro que esta no es una regla para que sea valorado y apreciado por tu audiencia).

Lo mejor de todo es que hoy en día podemos crearlos desde nuestro celular… **por esta adaptación, crecimiento y aceptación a nivel mundial es que el formato video se ha vuelto el contenido rey.** Pero, para que este sea exitoso “sin ser profesional o cinematográfico”, también es necesario poder comprender su profundidad (por qué y cómo funcionan)...

Aunque más allá de lo que te voy a contar, requiere de práctica porque tu autenticidad en el video no siempre la vas a poder transmitir en el primer video y también necesitarás considerar los constantes cambios que se presentan en los algoritmos de la plataforma digital en la que desees tener presencia (porque muchas veces estos cambian y generan menor alcance por determinados periodos de tiempo, entre otras consideraciones)…

Porque si hablamos de videos y contenido vertical (en el caso de que esa plataforma lo permita), debemos de ir más allá de la calidad y edición del video (que en ambos, la iluminación y el audio es lo primordial), ya que lo que realmente retiene, aporta valor, crea una comunidad y permite que tu audiencia accione acorde a tus objetivos, e**s la estructura del mismo** (lo mejor de todo es que no tiene que ser complicado).

Definitivamente, esa simplicidad en la mayoría de los casos es lo que volverá tu video memorable, útil y accionable.

### **Y tú también puedes hacerlo:👇**

1.- Identificando qué es lo que vas a comunicar y cómo deseas que tu audiencia lo reciba.

2.- Organizando la creación de tu video por etapas:

✅ Definiendo un gancho/hook o título que conecte con un punto de dolor, necesidad o deseo de tu audiencia los 3 primeros segundos del video.

✅ Elaborando un guion donde desarrolles el problema y su solución (con una estructura adaptada a ti).

✅ Finalizando el video con un llamado a la acción con un objetivo definido que le permita a tu audiencia comportase o accionar de la forma en la que tu deseas (sin embargo, aquí también debe de existir un beneficio para ellos).

**Y aquí también te doy otro dato:** este formato es genial si deseas grabar un podcast (audio) para que puedas compartirlo en plataformas de video (solo tienes que incorporarle tu portada estelar y tienes una obra de arte super disfrutable), o si deseas también puedes hacer un videocast (audio más video con el mismo enfoque de podcast).

Pero ojo, porque hay muchísimas estructuras, sin embargo, esta que te acabo de indicar aquí es la más práctica cuando estamos iniciando. Recuerda también que cada video que creas es una oportunidad para mejorar, así que no seas severo contigo si a la primera no queda perfecto (mira que yo creo en ti 😉).

También ten presente que más allá de las herramientas de grabación y las estructuras que podamos crear para nuestros videos, es muy importante aprender a adaptarnos a los cambios que se presentan cada cierto tiempo al momento de crear contenido (porque en este mundo digital lo que funciona hoy puede que mañana no)… Más allá de cambiar quiénes somos, es evolucionar a un ritmo saludable, para cada día poder ofrecer lo mejor de nosotros como marcas personales o comerciales (en el caso de que tengas una de esta naturaleza).

Saludos a todos los miembros de la comunidad más resiliente de Hive. Espero estén disfrutando de un merecido descanso e igualmente se estén preparando para esta maravillosa semana que inicia. Hoy deseo compartirles un tema bastante diferente a lo habitual cuando hablamos de creación de contenido...

Les hablo de un tipo de contenido que sigue tomando mucha fuerza en la Web2 e incluso hasta en perfiles del mundo cripto (al final les compartiré también ese espacio en Instagram (IG). Nada más y nada menos que los memes o también conocido como el mememarketing.

Verás, cuando empecé hace ya más de un año con mi marca personal en IG, más allá de iniciar con miles de expectativas porque había muchísima competencia supertalentosa (y la sigue habiendo 😆), tenía una gran curiosidad de poder comunicarme de una forma diferente, ya que, para los que están en Hive, pero tienen poco tiempo consumiendo mi contenido en la Web2 (que por los momentos son unos cuantos, más yo sé que ese número seguirá creciendo), el enfoque de mi marca es:

❣️Poder ofrecer un servicio que identifique puntos de mejora, posibilidades y necesidades para elaborar estrategias emocionantes y rentables para las marcas que actualmente hacen vida en el ecosistema de Instagram, sin embargo, mi contenido comunica todo esto a mi audiencia desde la emoción, el humor y hasta un poco de sarcasmo. Puntos que han formado parte de mi estrategia al momento de poder explicar de una forma “diferente” todo lo que pueden lograr comunicar en IG para alcanzar sus objetivos, posicionarse de forma progresiva y también por qué no, ayudar en el día a día de un emprendedor…

Y fue precisamente gracias a definir mi estrategia e integrar “un poco” el meme marketing (ya que no me enfoco solo en este), que hoy en día puedo crear un contenido con la identidad de [helcrea.market](https://www.instagram.com/helicrea.market/). Uno que más allá de retener con buenos ganchos (hooks), es divertido e informa, mientras que se convierte en una herramienta para ayudar a visualizar cómo se pueden crear esas posibilidades (y hasta de una forma disruptiva).

Ok, por ahora todo muy lindo Heli... Pero, **“¿cómo es posible que podamos crear contenido con un meme?”**

Primero, tenemos que comprender que un meme es un contenido “sumamente compartible” (una métrica muy importante dentro de IG), que puede ser tanto en single post (imagen estática) como en videos (reels). Y otro punto de valor, es que te permite crear muchas historias con copys persuasivos (en el título y caption de tu publicación), para una determinada acción (CAT/call to action). Por lo que cuando creamos uno, podemos lograr mucho más que entretener, porque podemos conectar emocionalmente con nuestra audiencia (todas aquellas personitas que nos regalan su precioso tiempo para escuchar y leer lo que tenemos que decir y que a su vez, puede ayudarlos a mejorar sus vidas en determinadas áreas)…

Esta conexión es “clave” (es como caerle bien a alguien), para que así, con un buen copy podamos activar determinadas emociones que incentiven a una acción (en la mayoría de los casos, la que todos los emprendedores deseamos, la compra).

Sin embargo, también debes de tener presente que no todos los momentos son los más adecuados para usar un meme o el meme marketing (así como en la vida misma no todo el tiempo nos podemos estar riendo 😳), por lo que es fundamental que, más allá de tener una estrategia, podamos identificar cuándo y cómo utilizarlo para no perder el foco del mensaje que deseamos transmitir (o peor aún espantar/incomodar a nuestra audiencia)… Así que aquí te doy algunas recomendaciones:

**Cuando desees expresar una idea que tiene una naturaleza compleja**, este puede ayudarte a simplificarlo. Por ejemplo:

Eres un asesor financiero y utilizas un meme para comunicar la importancia del ahorro a tu comunidad de una manera que sea sencilla de comprender.

**Si estás empezando en IG y notas que tu contenido no está generando interacción** (alineada a tu objetivo), un meme bien enfocado puede cambiar eso (y lo mejor de todo es que de forma orgánica/sin publicidad), ya que las personas poseen una alta tendencia de compartir memes (y esto puede ayudarte a aumentar la visibilidad de tu marca).

**Ten presente que muchos de estos memes están basados en tendencias actuales**, así que, si puedes sumarte a esa tendencia con un meme que sea relevante para tu negocio y audiencia, podrás captar mucha atención y hasta tráfico/seguidores para tu marca.

Igualmente, asegúrate de que los memes que compartas sean consistentes con la voz y el tono de tu marca (así podrás evitar ser una marca que no eres o peor aún, solo para generar una risa).

**Recuerda que el humor es subjetivo**, y lo que es gracioso para ti muchas veces pasa que para otras personas no lo son, así que evita hablar de temas sensibles como religión o política… Así te evitas más de un mal rato o una ola de hate/odio (algo que suele pasar mucho en la Web2).

So here are some recommendations:

**When you want to express an idea that has a complex nature**, this one can help you simplify it. For example:

You are a financial advisor and you use a meme to communicate the importance of saving to your community in a way that is simple to understand.

**If you are starting out on IG and notice that your content is not generating interaction** (aligned to your objective), a well targeted meme can change that (and best of all, organically/without advertising), as people have a high tendency to share memes (and this can help you increase your brand's visibility).

**Keep in mind that many of these memes are based on current trends**, so, if you can get on top of that trend with a meme that is relevant to your business and audience, you can get a lot of attention and even traffic/followers for your brand.

Likewise, make sure the memes you share are consistent with your brand's voice and tone (so you can avoid being a brand you're not or worse, just to generate a laugh).

**Remember that humor is subjective,** and what is funny for you is often not funny for other people, so avoid talking about sensitive topics such as religion or politics... This way you will avoid more than one bad moment or a wave of hate (something that usually happens a lot on Web2).

A big hii 👋 to all the members of the community who always have a space in their stomach and heart for a good slice of delicious pizza 😆. Today I am very excited to introduce you to my nominee for the month of July... and although his life has been full of changes, my friend has managed to find that balance that we all deserve... One where you coexist with your passions, experiences and of course good pizza 🍕.

Although his alias here at Hive is @Suisver, this is also his name. He is 17 years old and was born in Venezuela (just like me), however, he has been living in Colombia for more than six years now.

He is currently in the 11th grade of high school, while at the same time my friend is doing technical studies in human resources. And it is thanks to such a dedicated and disciplined mentality that Suisver excels in them with honors (especially in mathematics)...


Although he is the eldest of three siblings and misses his parents and his country deeply, he is very focused on making the most of the opportunities he has, while living with his aunts, uncles and cousins. As he puts it, "preparing for a bright future".

Another point that I am also excited to share with you about him, is his passion for video games and art, so I wish you can appreciate how enthusiastic he is in the world of video games, especially Brawl Stars and Call of Duty (although also my friend is modest, because he says he is still improving haha).

I am very happy for him because he is very dedicated to perfecting his skills, so his focus goes beyond just having fun, as those games have also allowed and continue to allow him to learn to develop a more agile, strategic mind and of course, they are also a way to connect with other people to learn from them and challenge himself to be better at each game (I will also share with you in this publication Suisver's account in one of his favorite games 😀).

Likewise, Suisver also has a great interest in art, cinema and reading (in the latter he always finds inspiration). Preferably with books like "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho, which has left him great teachings about perseverance and the materialization of his dreams. So I am sure that, if we welcome him, Suisver will be able to provide valuable content for this community, as he is also a great lover of good pizza. Although he not only loves to eat it, but he also loves to share it and enjoy it discussing how to improve his strategies for his games with friends or talking about movies he would love to watch (all while he devours you his pizza without remorse haha).


And just as my friend loves to eat, I confess that he also has a very entrepreneurial spirit, since, during his school vacations, he is always in charge of working in his aunt's optician's shop (taking care of the customers that come in and also handling other responsibilities of the store). Un gran saludo 👋 a todos los miembros de la comunidad que siempre tiene un espacio en su estómago y corazón para un buen trozo de deliciosa pizza 😆. Hoy estoy muy emocionada de presentarles a mi nominado para el mes de julio… y aunque su vida ha estado llena de cambios, mi amigo ha sabido encontrar ese equilibrio que todos merecemos... Uno donde convives con tus pasiones, experiencias y por supuesto con una buena pizza 🍕.

Aunque su alias aquí en Hive es @Suisver, este también es su nombre. Tiene 17 años y nació en Venezuela (al igual que yo), sin embargo, se encuentra viviendo en Colombia desde hace ya más de seis años.

Actualmente, cursa el 11vo grado de bachillerato/secundaria, mientras que al mismo tiempo mi amigo realiza estudios técnicos en recursos humanos. Y es gracias a esa mentalidad tan dedicada y disciplinada que Suisver destaca en ellos con honores (especialmente en matemáticas)…


Aunque es el mayor de tres hermanos y extraña profundamente a sus padres y a su país, está muy enfocado en aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades que posee, mientras vive con sus tíos y primos. Como lo dice él: “preparándose para un futuro brillante”.

Otro de los puntos que también me emociona compartir con ustedes sobre él, es su pasión por los videojuegos y el arte, por lo que deseo que puedan apreciar cuan entusiasta es en el mundo de los videojuegos, especialmente de Brawl Stars y Call of Duty (aunque también mi amigo es modesto, porque dice que todavía está mejorando jaja).

Me contenta mucho porque está muy dedicado a perfeccionar sus habilidades, por lo que su enfoque va más allá de solo divertirse, ya que esos juegos también le han permitido y siguen permitiendo aprender a desarrollar una mente más ágil, estratégica y por supuesto, también son una manera de conectarse con otras personas para aprender de ellas y desafiarse a sí mismo a ser mejor en cada partida (también les voy a compartir en esta publicación la cuenta de Suisver en uno de sus juegos favoritos).

Igualmente, Suisver también tiene un gran interés por el arte, el cine y la lectura (en esta última siempre encuentra inspiración). Preferiblemente con libros del estilo de "El Alquimista" de Paulo Coelho, el cual le ha dejado grandes enseñanzas sobre la perseverancia y la materialización de sus sueños. Por lo que estoy segura de que, si le damos la bienvenida, Suisver podrá aportar contenido de valor para esta comunidad, ya que también es un gran amante de la buena pizza. Aunque no solo le encanta comerla, sino que también le encanta compartirla y disfrutarla discutiendo cómo mejorar sus estrategias para sus partidas con amigos o hablando sobre películas que le encantaría ver (todo mientras te devora su pizza sin remordimientos jaja).


Y así como a mi amigo le encanta comer, les confieso que también tiene un espíritu muy emprendedor, ya que, durante sus vacaciones escolares, él siempre se encarga de trabajar en la óptica de su tía (atendiendo a los clientes que llegan y manejando también otras responsabilidades de la tienda). Y es gracias a este trabajo que ha podido valorar la importancia que tiene el estar comprometido con un objetivo y también de tener una mente bien enfocada (cualidades que son superimportantes tanto en los negocios como para el arte, la literatura y el mundo de los videojuegos), por lo que mi amigo ve su realidad más allá de estar lejos de su familia, sino como una oportunidad para crecer, aprender y demostrar que aun estando lejos de casa, alcanzar sus metas sí es posible.

Esta es mi segunda publicación y estoy muy emocionada de sumarme a una iniciativa que me fascinó nada más con leerla… Hablo del “fenómeno de los emojis”, esos pequeños iconos mágicos y coloridos que llegaron hace un tiempo atrás y desde entonces se han colado en nuestras conversaciones y hasta más allá de ellas, porque se han llegado a convertir casi en un lenguaje universal, que para mí, tiene el poder de convertir nuestros textos en mensajes más divertidos y hasta más expresivos (sin la necesidad de expresarnos con tantas palabras)….

Y es que es maravilloso poder ver cómo un solo ícono como este *(risa), puede llegar a romper esa barrera geográfica y cultural para transmitir nuestras emociones, pensamientos y hasta reacciones de una forma super práctica, sencilla e instantánea. Teniendo por supuesto muy presente que también hay excepciones, porque nuestras diferencias culturales, también pueden determinar cómo los interpretamos, ya que, lo que para mí puede ser algo gracioso, otra persona puede que lo interprete de una forma totalmente diferente. Igualmente, considero que más allá de las culturales, estos pueden ser contraproducentes en nuestras conversaciones si los usamos de forma exagerada:

Por la poca profundidad y contexto que estos pueden ofrecer/generar al momento de redactar nuestras ideas, exponiéndonos así a dar una impresión de que nuestras habilidades expresivas son simples y hasta superficiales (porque no nos expresaríamos utilizando nuestro lenguaje con profundidad).

Pero bueno, tampoco es un secreto que estos puntos “desfavorables”, no se comparan con todo lo bueno que nos han traído los emojis al momento de comunicarnos y de ir más allá (como anteriormente lo mencionaba), porque han evolucionado tanto, que hoy en día podemos usarlos como una forma de arte, expresión creativa y hasta “para entretenernos” con familiares y amigos (ya que cada uno de ellos, al igual que nuestra sociedad, ha ido evolucionando). Por lo que, considero que más allá de poderlos usar para los anteriores puntos mencionados, también nos pueden ayudar a definir parte de nuestra identidad como individuos:

Pero, ¿cómo?...

Pues, yo considero que al estar usando constantemente un determinado grupo de emojis (en mi caso, los que más uso son estos*), estamos expresando parte de nuestra personalidad en el mundo digital (aunque también comprendo que hay excepciones para este punto y que también esto no siempre como una línea recta).

De igual manera tengo que confesar que me encanta cómo el uso de estos iconos tiene un gran poder para, como decimos por aquí “suavizar las cosas”, porque si los usamos en su justa medida, estos pueden ayudarnos a transmitir un mensaje amigable y sin generar malos entendidos (cuando lo que predomina es texto y tocamos determinados puntos con otra persona).

Por lo que para nadie es un secreto que a medida que nuestra tecnología avanza, nuestros amados emojis también lo hacen… Y el mejor ejemplo de ello es cómo cada cierto tiempo van apareciendo nuevos emojis que nos ayudan a expresar nuestras realidades y experiencias, con el único propósito de que estos vayan de la mano de nuestra actualidad. Así que si preguntan ¿cómo los definiría?, pues la respuesta sería muy breve pero práctica:

Greetings to all of us who are part of the great community that is Humanitas... This is my second post and I'm very excited to join an initiative that fascinated me just by reading it... I'm talking about the "emoji phenomenon", those little magic and colorful icons that arrived some time ago and since then have crept into our conversations and even beyond them, because they have become almost a universal language, which for me, has the power to turn our texts into more fun and even more expressive messages (without the need to express ourselves with so many words)...

And it is wonderful to see how a single icon like this *(laughter), can break that geographical and cultural barrier to convey our emotions, thoughts and even reactions in a super practical, simple and instantaneous way. Keeping of course in mind that there are also exceptions, because our cultural differences can also determine how we interpret them, since, what for me may be something funny, another person may interpret it in a totally different way. Likewise, I consider that beyond cultural differences, they can be counterproductive in our conversations if we use them in an exaggerated way:

Because of the little depth and context that these can offer/generate at the moment of writing our ideas, thus exposing us to give an impression that our expressive skills are simple and even superficial (because we would not express ourselves using our language with depth).

But well, it is not a secret that these "unfavorable" points, do not compare with all the good that emojis have brought us when communicating and going beyond (as I mentioned before), because they have evolved so much, that today we can use them as a form of art, creative expression and even "to entertain" with family and friends (since each one of them, like our society, has evolved). So, I believe that beyond being able to use them for the above mentioned points, they can also help us to define part of our identity as individuals:

But, how?....

Well, I consider that when we are constantly using a certain group of emojis (in my case, the ones I use the most are these*), we are expressing part of our personality in the digital world (although I also understand that there are exceptions to this point and that this is not always a straight line).

In the same way I have to confess that I love how the use of these icons has a great power to, as we say around here "soften things", because if we use them in their right measure, these can help us to convey a friendly message without generating misunderstandings (when what predominates is text and we touch certain points with another person).

So it is no secret that as our technology advances, so do our beloved emojis... And the best example of this is how every so often new emojis appear to help us express our realities and experiences, with the sole purpose that these go hand in hand with our present. So if you ask how I would define them, the answer would be very brief but practical:

As powerful and colorful little tools that help us shape our daily interactions.

Por eso, lo primero que debes recordar es que, en redes sociales, lograr retener esa atención en tu audiencia siempre debe de ser tu principal objetivo, así que enfócate en esto:

✅ Mantener una la voz y tono de marca en todos tus contenidos.

✅ Tener un título super atractivo (la primera línea de tu texto) y que invite leer ese contenido de alto valor que tienes para ofrecer.

✅ Mantener los espacios entre cada uno de tus párrafos cuando sea necesario (y también para no cansar la mirada de quienes te leen).

✅ Enumerar (si es posible) en un “paso a paso” tu contenido, para que así pueda comunicar a tu audiencia que ofreces una información práctica y estructurada de una forma específica (la cual siempre se debe de alinear a tus objetivos).

Utilizando palabras claves que sean muy buscadas en tu nicho:

Por ejemplo: alimentación saludable.

Palabras claves:

Recetas fitness.

Nutrición deportiva.

Comida balanceada.

✅ Culminar los mismos siempre con un llamado a la acción (CAT) que motive a tu audiencia a interactuar con tu contenido de una forma determinada por ti (alineada a tus objetivos).
