The Helium Boys episode opens with the patented 'Two-Minute Drill' with each Helium Boy being given the freedom to go in any direction. Shotgun uses his time to discuss the recent Pac-12 Tournament Championship win by the women's basketball team and the recent surge by the men's basketball team along with one key thing he wants to do during spring football camp. Chris also spends some time on the Women of Troy before pivoting to the opening of 2024 spring camp, slated for March 19. 

In anticipation of the upcoming spring camp, the podcasting duo each give three Trojans they recommend buying stock in for the spring. They also discuss some of the things they hope to see out of camp. 

After a break, Shotgun and Chris give their thoughts on the recent 2024 NFL Combine, which featured right Trojan representatives. They also handle a couple of your mailbag questions before a quick shout out to close out the podcast.
