Hello, Health Informatics Listeners, in this episode, we spoke to David Brown, a manager of Clinical Informatics at Providence Healthcare, and his experience project managing a massive Go-Live in the greater Vancouver area. Mira and David formally discuss how the need for this project (known as the Clinical Systems Transformation) arose and what his involvement looked like. They also delve into his advice for future implementations including Fishbowls and Go-Live candy carts.
