Finding a job in Spain without Spanish seems impossible? Well, it is possible!
3 years ago I moved to Spain and I got rejected countless times, mainly because I was not fluent in Spanish. I did freelancing and many part time jobs in between. It was not an easy journey, but definitely worth it! I eventually got my dream offer at Amazon that was fully in English.
I am a Career Coach with 5+ years of experience in recruitment on the sides of agency and company. I share all the best tips on how to create your job search strategy, how you can improve your CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile and take advantage of networking.
Job rejections are frustrating, but they are never something personal. It is just your sign to prepare better and keep going. It might be also a redirect, to apply for a more/less senior role, in different industries or companies with other mindset and culture of working.
You have to focus on your strengths and unique skills, not on your weaknesses. If you can improve what is needed, do it. However, don't overthink it! You already have all it takes to land in your dream job.
