Asking the right questions to your doctor and knowing/listening to your body are things we aren't taught growing up as women. We don't question diagnosis or treatments and can spend years without knwoing we had a condition that could have been easily been treated; Tulsi shared a story of a 70 year old patient who spent her entire life experiencing pain during sex and never questioned or knew why... until now. If you have experienced trauma, chronic pain during your cycle, or discomfort during sex, please tune into this episode. Tulsi graduated from California in 2008. She has over 11 years of experience as a physical therapist treating a variety of orthopedic conditions as well as women's health/pelvic floor problems. She has worked with some of the leading orthopedic surgeons and women's health specialist doctors at NYU, the Hospital for special surgery (HSS) as well as private practice doctors in New York City, giving her unique opportunities to learn advanced evaluation and treatment techniques.
