In my bravery and my hesitation, to encourage you, and myself, to jump, to jump wholeheartedly as we powerfully hold all of our feelings. Too many of us live our entire lives driven by fear-based decisions. The jobs, relationships and toxic cycles we give into because we're afraid of what will happen if we don't. We're afraid to lose.

But this episode isn't about loss. This episode is about teaching you exactly how to win.
