  • Connecting sacral energy with heart energy can be healing and help take self-love and self-acceptance to a new positive level. 
  • Allowing yourself to be guided by intuition during the self-pleasure process is also important. Listen to guidance to keep leaning in.
  • The difference between just knocking out an orgasm and the intentional sacred pleasure route bring different experiences, the latter of which requires an element of surrender.
  • Intentional grounding from the sacral helps to promote intentional sacred self-pleasure. It can be energetically protective, and also provide a route for nurturing, healing energy infusion from the heart of the Earth. It sets the stage for working with the sacral energy in a much more empowered and empowering way.
  • The opportunity exists to dedicate sacred pleasure practices to help clear and support a particular chakra that may be in need of extra, supercharged attention.For example, want to heal throat chakra challenges?  GET LOUD, then GET LOUDER.  Let the sacral energy move to and through the throat to blow that baby wide open.
  • Know this: our bodies are vehicles for transmutation and ascension.
