One of the challenges that individuals face is being required to have documentation, especially when it comes to keeping a job or participate in a certain activity. However, what employers don’t realize is that they are discriminating against autistic candidates and individuals.

Hello World, I found something really interesting recently that I think needs to be discussed.

People often put a lot of of emphasis on disabled individuals who live in the community. Especially if they make the same bad choices as their peers. However, these bad choices lead people to believe we are “Unable” to lead a normal life. What they don’t realize is that this is a form of discrimination.

I believe one or the problems which cause challenging behaviours comes from not understanding a situation for some individuals. For example,if they see a particular place, it causes them to think they are going to engage in the activity

These days, autism is looked at as a disability due to them corporate levels of awareness. Because of this, parents are often scared of letting their kids go. Therefore, most individuals are robbed of an amazing life because their parents often say “No” and therefore help depend on their parents for everything. At the same time parents want to let their adult children go but they can’t. However, there are options.

One of the downsides of being a more independent adult is dealing with overly protective and pessimistic parents, and their negative approach to us. To them, it’s not for we are independent but their adult children are broken.
