Marvel Spotlight #14 (1974)

Daimon Hellstrom returns home from a wild night of being a demon offspring to scare the hell out of his milkman. He gets a call to come to St. Louis to check out a local college’s communications building that has being haunted by ice demons living in the walls and messing with the college radio station playlists. This has been confirmed by the totally teetotaling janitor and some hippies who got hit in the face with their textbooks. Hellstorm then gets his ass kicked and forced to live in David Boreanaz's house.
