What am I good at?
In what ways have I been able to bless other people in the past? 
Are there times it seemed God used me in a really significant way? What was it that I did at that time?
What types of service excite and energize me?
What do I think is the most important thing for the church to be doing?
What ministry or service for the Lord frustrates me when it's not done well?
What Christians do I look up to and what is it about them that I admire?
What strengths and abilities have others affirmed in me?
