What do I need to do to prevent my bestie from committing suicide?

She keeps telling me if her grades will not good like in first semester, she will unalive herself. I told her that grades it's not what she should care about, and my grades are low too. I'm scared cuz her schooling ends at the end of May and uhm I don't want her to die 😭
