this week’s episode is all about toxic relationships and red flags to notice. if your relationship has these, it doesn’t mean your whole relationship is toxic. we pointed out things to look for and potential red flags. here’s a summary of red flags in toxic relationships:
- isolating you from friends/family
- ignoring you on purpose/making you feel crazy
- calling you names
- roller coaster of emotions (good days are great but bad days are really bad)
things to help you out of a toxic relationship:
- think “would my husband act this way”
- time take for yourself to heal so that you don’t attract the same relationship
- take comfort in knowing what’s meant for you will never miss you
