This week I'm talking with one of my very favorite people in the world: counselor and author Kathy Labriola. She's also an expert on jealousy in relationships, which she writes about in books like The Jealousy Workbook and Love In Abundance.

I wanted to have a conversation with Kathy about jealousy and envy that was inclusive of non-monogamous, monogamous, and even professional relationships. How can we deal with jealousy in a way that's constructive, but also allows for the possibility that it can be a wise emotion? What is the difference between jealousy and envy, anyway?
