It takes a village, they say. This podcast will share a couple of books and podcasts I've read and listened to that I found helpful that I hope you will also. When creating new habits, the more we pay attention to it the better. One way to not get bored is to mix up what you're listening to and reading. Getting into a new routine takes time and the more places you get your tips from, the more likely you are to have them stick.
