A good night’s sleep: Tuesday, 1/30/24, 6:30pm Do you sleep well? Maybe go to the bathroom once or twice a night? Our organs recover while we sleep. Good sleep is a pillar to great health. Class will focus on what sleep does for our bodies and ways to improve your sleep.
What you drink: Tuesday, 2/6/24 6:30pm How much water should you drink? Does the quality matter? How about all these sugary, dye-laden drinks? We will dive into what is best is for your body to achieve optimal health.
