When it comes to women’s health and weight loss the magic number to lose weight and keep it off? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , it's 1 to 2 pounds per week. That means, on average, that aiming for 4 to 8 pounds of weight loss per month is a healthy goal. For Paul Salter as a Sustainable Weight-Loss Expert since 2013, “I’ve coached 1,500+ women to lose 20+ pounds and KEEP IT OFF (without feeling like they're dieting...). I’ve done so by taking an inside-out approach that focuses on cultivating feelings of self-love and self-worth from day one - not after weight is lost - and by paying much more attention to one’s mindset and emotional intelligence, in addition to the nutritional Xs and Os.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work with those on the bring of bariatric weight loss surgery to those on the brink of an Olympic gold medal (they won it, FYI), to everyone in between, including elite collegiate and professional athletes.” Additionally he’s also served as:
· A Sports Nutrition Consultant and Nutrition Coach for Renaissance Periodization
· The Lead Nutrition Writer and Nutrition Editor for Bodybuilding.com
· A Sports Dietitian at IMG Academy
· And am currently the Founder and Head Coach of the 5% Community.4
