Carlos and Josh are a father-son duo who, between them, have played and coached tennis at very high levels. Carlos was John McEnroe's developmental coach starting around age 14 and also coached John and his brother Patrick on the ATP tour. Josh is the Head Men's Coach at the University of South Carolina who coached two of his players to the NCAA finals in the last two years - a first since 2004: back-to-back finalists by the same school. In this week's episode, Carlos and Josh discuss their own coaching philosophies in terms of developing top tennis players but, more importantly, developing top human beings.
