EP 4 Hemp in the Heartland  In this episode, we talk to Colby Gardner of the Iowa Hemp Company on what it is like to be growing legal hemp in Iowa. For over 80 years it has been illegal to grow cannabis of any kind in the midwest. Recently the Federal Government legalized the growing and production of Hemp in all of its forms. That opened to doors for a third generational farmer to plant CBD hemp in an old cow lot. His legal crop is one of the first to be planted in Iowa soil in over 80 years.
