Mike is a part-time personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness and has a refreshing perspective on living a healthy lifestyle. Brian and Mike discuss working out on THC, nutrition, personal choices, discipline and family. Mike is an inspiration for so many reasons including being the son of Vietnamese refugees. 

Former Baltimore, Md police woman Seanea Smith and host Brian Lane discuss how the new owner of Baddass Bodies by Sean created her new space and how she wants to help mothers stay fit. Sean gives a unique perspective on being a mother, grandmother, wife and business owner. She has taken a winding path of fitness as many people and has an inspiring story. She competed in local roller derby and also works security in the Rochester area.
