Richmond International Airport Police arrested a Henrico man who was attempting to board a flight at the airport March 11 with an antique revolver. Transportation Security Administration officials detected the .22-caliber handgun, which was in the man's carry-on bag, through X-rays at a security checkpoint. Two Glen Allen men have been indicted on charges related to a fatal Henrico shooting in October. Tauric Lentrell Cobb, 18, and Erving Maurice Barnes, Sr., 37, have been charged in the shooting that killed 27-year-old Aarin Lamaurice Anderson of Henrico Oct. 10 off Brookwood Glen Drive. A 41-acre piece of historic Civil War land in Henrico has been preserved by the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, in partnership with the Capital Region Land Conservancy. The site, known as Little Malvern Hill, was part of the larger Malvern Hill Farm until about 1877.
