Comunidad de Street Workout
Hola, saludos amigos de 3speak amigos Hivers y familia de Streetworkout conmmunity.En la tarde de hoy me encuentro con mis compañeros @omarzv-sw, hola amigos, soy sw-kleymer, Soy @henrrysworkoy y hablaremos de nuestras experiencias dentro de Hive de este gran ecosistema y de todo lo que hemos vivido dentro de Street Workout Conmmunity.
Mi historia comenzó por vía telefónica cuando conocí a mi amigo y actual líder @manuelramos
el vio por las redes nuestra cuenta de Instagram @0gravity_sw en donde tengo un grupo de calistenia en donde reúno y formo a todos los atletas del estado Táchira, quedando en una reunión cuando viniera, acá a promover un proyecto que, en este caso, fue el proyecto Hive. Cuando llegó, lo recibimos con las puertas abiertas en conjunto de mi compañero @omarzv-sw en donde tuvimos una reunión con él dónde queremos aclarar, digamos, que todos los que nos platearon a nivel competitivo y a nivel nacional se han logrado cumplir hasta la fecha la verdad que no puedo decir por parte de nosotros que nos calló a mentiras, que fue una infamia o que nos dijera algo que fuera irrelevante, La verdad es que no. Yo, por mi parte, tuve la oportunidad de participar en la 2.ª edición de la Dual Battles el año pasado como competidor y este año tuve también la oportunidad de ir a la 3.ª edición de la Dual Battle como miembro del jurado, y todo gracias al soporte y el gran trabajo que realiza Hive en conjunto con nuestro líder logrando recibir todos los beneficios de los viáticos, así como también de llegar a un buen lugar, recibir la comida, entre otros.
De esta forma se logró motivar e incentivar a los muchachos a crecer en este proyecto dentro de Hive, que impulsa a los atletas a realizar su sueño competitivo, en el cual ellos se sintieron muy motivados hace aproximadamente 2 meses, cuando logré participar como miembro del jurado, Y cuando regresé, decidieron la mayoría formar parte del proyecto en donde les voy a narrar parte del trabajo que he estado realizado como líder del Estado Táchira.
Una de las grandes cosas que pudieron ver todos los chicos por medio de mi grupo de WhatsApp por medio de fotografías fue la gran organización que tiene la comunidad de #SWC. Los eventos Pulcros, Limpios, 0 detalles, colaboración total, apoyo mutuo, trabajo en equipo motivando e incentivando a todos los chicos del estado Táchira, desearán formar parte del proyecto. Actualmente, yo tengo en mi grupo de WhatsApp casi 40 atletas; sin embargo, se seleccionaron los atletas con mayor experiencia, con mayor capacidad a nivel de aprendizaje, a nivel de querer superarse, a nivel de querer enseñar, llevando este deporte a un nuevo nivel mucho más allá. Eso sí, obviamente, sin hacerme quedar mal, claro está. Que eso es algo que no le agrada a hive y, más al ser una plataforma descentralizada, creo que Hive demuestra ser muy organizada y pues yo siempre he esperado eso de los muchachos, por el cual esto les he explicado a todos ellos y todo gracias a todo lo que aprendí de @manuelramos, de lo que aprendí de todos los muchachos del grupo de coordinación que me han enseñado, y me han dado el taller apropiado dentro de hive, logrando instruirlos con sus respectivas publicaciones, en el área de cómo hacer una publicación más fácil, tanto en las correcciones y de errores ortográficos, En el área del trabajo, pulcro de un buen maquetado y una buena publicación. Enseñando, sobre todo, que cuando suban, contenido, porque todos somos creadores de contenido. Subir contenido por amor al deporte, ya que a nosotros nadie nos obliga a subir contenido para mantener la comunidad de #swc.
Nosotros lo hacemos porque amamos este deporte.
Para compartir nuestros conocimientos, llenándonos de orgullo y siendo esto es una motivación de querer superarnos como atletas, por el deporte que hacemos, es algo que nos nace. Claro, siendo esta una de las razones por las que, en este caso, queremos nosotros demostrar nuestras habilidades, dándoles a conocer dentro de este ecosistema al mismo tiempo, y lograr algún día demostrarlas en las competencias nacionales
Esto ha sido mi experiencia, en donde yo he recorrido varios municipios, siendo este el de Michelena, La Fría y, aunque no tuve la oportunidad de ir para San Cristóbal por ciertas razones personales, sin embargo, aún tengo a varios chicos que desean aprender de esta hermosa comunidad para poder compartir el mismo sueño y sus experiencias. Siendo esto algo que queríamos aclarar, ya que ellos son miembros actuales de la comunidad de #swc en donde narrarán parte de su experiencia.

My story began by phone when I met my friend and current leader @manuelramos
He saw our Instagram account @0gravity_sw on the networks where I have a calisthenics group where I gather and train all the athletes of the state of Táchira, arranging a meeting when he came here to promote a project that, in this case, was the Hive project. When he arrived, we welcomed him with open doors together with my partner @omarzv-sw where we had a meeting with him where we want to clarify, let's say, that everything that was proposed to us at a competitive level and at a national level has been fulfilled to date. The truth is that I cannot say on our part that he silenced us with lies, that it was an insult or that he told us something that was irrelevant. The truth is that no. For my part, I had the opportunity to participate in the 2nd edition of the Dual Battles last year as a competitor and this year I also had the opportunity to go to the 3rd edition of the Dual Battle as a jury member, and all thanks to the support and great work that Hive does together with our leader, managing to receive all the benefits of the travel expenses, as well as getting to a good place, receiving food, among others.
In this way, the boys were motivated and encouraged to grow in this project within Hive, which encourages athletes to realize their competitive dream, in which they felt very motivated approximately 2 months ago, when I managed to participate as a jury member, and when I returned, most of them decided to be part of the project where I am going to tell you part of the work that I have been doing as the leader of the Táchira State.
One of the great things that all the boys were able to see through my WhatsApp group by means of photographs was the great organization that the #SWC community has. The events Pulcros, Limpios, 0 detalles, total collaboration, mutual support, teamwork motivating and encouraging all the kids from Táchira state, will want to be part of the project. Currently, I have almost 40 athletes in my WhatsApp group; however, the athletes with the most experience were selected, with the greatest capacity at the learning level, at the level of wanting to improve, at the level of wanting to teach, taking this sport to a new level much further. Of course, obviously, without making me look bad, of course. That is something that hive does not like and, more so being a decentralized platform, I think that Hive proves to be very organized and well, I have always expected that from the guys, which is why I have explained this to all of them and all thanks to everything I learned from @manuelramos, from what I learned from all the guys in the coordination group who have taught me, and have given me the appropriate workshop within hive, managing to instruct them with their respective publications, in the area of how to make a publication easier, both in corrections and spelling errors, in the area of work, neatness of a good layout and a good publication. Teaching, above all, that when they upload, content, because we are all content creators. Upload content for the love of sport, since no one forces us to upload content to maintain the #swc community.
We do it because we love this sport.
To share our knowledge, filling us with pride and this being a motivation to want to improve ourselves as athletes, for the sport we do, is something that is born in us. Of course, this being one of the reasons why, in this case, we want to demonstrate our skills, making them known within this ecosystem at the same time, and achieving one day to demonstrate them in national competitions
This has been my experience, where I have traveled to several municipalities, this being Michelena, La Fría and, although I did not have the opportunity to go to San Cristóbal for certain personal reasons, however, I still have several kids who want to learn from this beautiful community to be able to share the same dream and their experiences. This being something that we wanted to clarify, since they are current members of the #swc community where they will narrate part of their experience.
