Alright! We finally warmed up with my dear friend Henry from Dida Creamery. In this part 2 episode, we will get to talk more in-depth about Henry’s other passion - cooking! He applies the same passion/dedication/precision to his home kitchen the same way he does in the cheese shop. And you can taste it too if you ever get the chance to try any of his dishes. I am going to have Henry spill all his secrets in the kitchen as well as give us a little glimpse of the insider’s view of the cheese making world!
上個禮拜我邀請到我的朋友,也是台灣乳酪界第一把手Dida Creamery的Henry Gerard來到我們的節目。在Part1節目結尾我們聊到Henry是如何對烹飪產生興趣的。之前去Henry家吃飯的時候,他所煮的每一道料理非常讓我驚艷!若硬要用簡單一句話形容他做菜的風格應該就是 “perfect fusion中西合併homecooking”。但在這個采訪當中我終於瞭解爲什麽他的料理帶著超濃厚的日式風格了,join us to find out why!
