Jeff Coggins is Chief Pilot and Assistant Director of Operations at Phoenix Air Group, a mission-oriented

charter operator, which he joined in 2015. He became Assistant Director of Operations and Chief Pilot

shortly after 2021. He began flight training in 2003 and built early experience flying in Alaska before moving

into specialized government and mission-driven operations, including deployments to the Middle East, South

America, and Afghanistan. Jeff holds five type ratings and has landed on six continents. At Phoenix Air

Group, he helps lead a team built around operational excellence and institutional knowledge-sharing, with a

leadership group whose tenure - 24, 19, and 13 years, respectively - is rare in the industry.
