HER ambition

My guest today is someone who is all about uncovering potential - or as she calls it, her Dynami.

Yota Trom is the founder and CEO of the Woman in Tech Club, a community that encourages diversity in the tech industry. Yota is also an expert leadership & career coach with a passion for teaching us how to find our authentic leadership style.

Before this, Yota had a high-profile career working for Amazon and Yahoo and uses her experience to empower women and champion gender equality in the tech industry. In this episode, we discover what working in tech is actually like, and how to find our key strengths to uncover our full potential.

I’m Josie Sequeira-Shuker and welcome to the HER ambition podcast, the podcast that celebrates a generation of women opening doors for the next.

This podcast is for ambitious young women. Especially young women who, like me, are at the beginning of their career, wanting to succeed, wanting to do well, and wanting to learn directly from women who have already made it.

So come join me to learn directly from women who are in the industries and positions you want to be in.
