In this Encore episode of Her Bold Blueprint, Kristen Toth, Vice President of AdventHealth for Women, joins us for a powerful conversation about women’s health, leadership, healthcare innovation, community impact, and what it means to lead with compassion.

With more than two decades of leadership in women’s health, Kristen is helping expand access to high-quality healthcare for women throughout Central Florida. She shares the vision behind AdventHealth for Women’s mobile health unit, designed to bring care directly to women experiencing barriers such as transportation, finances, and limited healthcare access.

Kristen also discusses some of the biggest conversations happening in women’s health today, including:

• Women’s heart health
• Prenatal and maternal healthcare
• Pelvic floor therapy
• Healthcare access for underserved women

Kristen also shares the deeply personal experience that changed her perspective on healthcare forever: becoming a NICU mom when her second child was unexpectedly hospitalized after birth. That experience gave her a new understanding of what patients and families experience during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Beyond healthcare, Kristen shares powerful leadership lessons for women executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and anyone building a team. She explains why great leaders surround themselves with people who think differently, seek input before implementing major ideas, create collaboration and ownership, and remain willing to pivot when something isn’t working.

Her leadership advice? Keep your “eyes, nose and toes in the same direction.” Stay focused, stay aligned, and keep moving toward where you want to go.

And when asked what keeps her grounded through it all, Kristen points to prayer, gratitude, seeking God’s direction, and bringing that perspective into both her work and family.
