Nikki Kimbrough is a powerhouse in every sense of the word. She is a multi-talented, multi-passionate woman whose energy is infectious. And yet, she's been told repeatedly to pick a thing. Pick a lane. Just do one thing.

In other words, Nikki has been told countless times to just play small. Lucky for the world, she hasn't listened and she's sharing her journey to acceptance of what she TRULY wants to create.

Natalie Nixon, PhD, was given a gift at a pivotal point in her life: the gift of encouragement to choose what lit her up rather than what would lead to a 'good job'. Even with that support, though, Natalie felt frustrated at times by the common message she would hear that one should just pick a lane and stay in it.

Luckily, Natalie didn't listen to that advice and it has led her to become a global keynote speaker, author and to start her company Figure 8 Thinking.

She wrote the book The Creativity Leap after consulting companies on building a culture of innovation. She noticed that everybody wanted to innovate and she realized innovation is an invention converted into scalable value.
