Today we're chatting with the founder of LifeLeap Coaching, Machele Galloway, from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Machele is a certified life coach who teaches women how to manage their mind and time so they can create a life that they’re obsessed with, regardless of circumstances.

In this episode, we hear about Machele's journey from advertising sales to life coaching and how she walked away from a secure, high paying job of 25 years to pursue a career that gave her meaning and fulfillment. If you're looking for a laugh, this episode is right up your alley.

Nicole Bueno is a mother of two and the founder of Hailey James, a handmade preemie, baby, and toddler clothing boutique. Nicole's inspiration to start Hailey James developed after her very own NICU experience when she gave birth to her daughter, Kennedy James, at 31 weeks. Like most people in her situation, Nicole was not expecting to have a preemie and all of the clothes she had purchased did not fit Kennedy's tiny body.

While on maternity leave, Nicole came up with the idea of Hailey James, a place where parents can find cute trendy clothes for their preemie babies that their NICU nurses and doctors will also love. For every sale made with Hailey James, Nicole makes a preemie donation to a NICU in need. In her first nine months of business, Nicole sold over 700 preemie outfits which means over 700 onesies will be donated to various NICUs. Her mission at Hailey James will always be to provide trendy clothes to even the tiniest of babies.
