IN THIS EPISODE:  I had a really tough time dealing with not being able to just pick up the phone and call Gunner. On the day before this recording, I had plans to do a fasted run and lunchtime after talking to him, and then make a nice big brunch. The problem was, he never called. And back then, my phone didn't have WiFi calling and I had no signal in the basement. Of course, I wanted to talk to him. Because the more time went by, the more I started to worry that something happened. 

Also, I ended up doing a complete 180 on my excitement about getting approved for the mortgage and wanting to buy that foreclosure house.
