Herb Leyva began his career in the golf industry after 25 years of service in the United States Navy and is now the Equipment Manager at Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, CA. We’re talking with Herb about how to get consistent results day after day, keeping up with the preventative maintenance requirements in a lease agreement, and the very real labor struggle that exists regardless of your facility.
