Dave Tabain is a two-time Kettlebell World champion and motivational speaker and is now a best selling author.

From his own experiences and those around him Dave has written POW MAN - a powerful story about bullies and how best to deal with them.

It has come down to this.....

Luke, Kelly, Brett and Brianna are all floating down the Murrumbidgee on the Hit Gumi and ONE of them will be captain!

BUT who will be co-captain? It comes down to Herbie or Dane with Sheree Coleman making the decision!

Herbie and Dane are entering a Gumi on Saturday March 2nd as part of the World Championship Gumi Race and want YOU to come along for the ride and CAPTAIN the Gumi.

Are you up for the challenge as they meet some more Gumi participants and potential captains.

This week it's all about the World Championship Gumi Race and Herbie and Dane asked the toddlers from Possums all about the Gumi race.

Dane is taking part in Thomas Bros Wagga Wagga Takes Two and this morning with his mentor Mel Hale chatted about his charity headspace Wagga and upcoming fundraising efforts.

It gets awkward though when Mel goes speed dating with Herbie.

Dane read about a hack a US mum posted on a blog on how to get her kids and partner to pick up after themselves. She hides money under whatever was left on the floor and if you pick it up you keep it.

Dane tested this on his wife KB - did she pass?

Dane has blown up over an interesting parking technique he was involved in.

Show time is fast approaching for Thomas Bros Wagga Wagga Takes Two and a couple more of the participants dropped in to chat with Herbie & Dane.

Takes Two stalwart Bill Robertson has teamed up with Rebecca Deveraux and are fundraising for the Medical, Surgical and Orthopaedic Wards at the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.

Herbie & Dane learn about the fundraising efforts and how the singing and dancing have been going.

A Melbourne mum was outraged when she found out a toy she bought for her son had genitalia on it.

Herbie, Dane and Sheree Coleman chat about whether or not they find it offensive and ask you on 13 12 16 what you think.

Herbie was under a speaking ban for the last 36 hours to help fix her voice and she visited Upper Murray Cottages to avoid any temptations.

She did manage to do two things.....but to what success?
