Over the last few weeks, I've been trying to understand what my nervous system has been trying to tell me.
What started as a conversation about relationships slowly became something much bigger. It led me to my sisters, a room full of Swifties, old forests, invisible networks, and the women who kept showing up for me in quiet, ordinary ways.
Somewhere along the way, I realized I'd been looking for one person to become my landing pad... while an entire community had already been catching me.
This episode is about friendship, grief, sisterhood, nervous systems, and the people who make us feel safe enough to exhale.
Maybe we're all a little more connected than we realize.
