In this episode of Here2There, Marilyn Ehrhardt explores the topic of self-discovery and how it relates to our purpose, gift, and value in life. She challenges us to reflect on the source of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how they affect our self-esteem, attitude, and legacy. She also shares some insights from her own journey as a computer scientist and a coach, and how she learned to align her self-concept with her creator's image and plan.

Some of the highlights and discussion points of this episode are:

• What is a Mariposa Loca? A crazy butterfly that has no destination, just ideas in its head that tend to make it flutter from one thing to the next without a plan, purpose or direction.
• What is the source of our thoughts? Our thoughts are determined by our self-worth, which is influenced by our self-perception and our relationship with our creator. We need to guard our heart, which is our subconscious mind, from negative and false information that can lower our valuation and limit our potential.
• What is the relationship between the purpose of creation and our self-concept? We were created in God's image and likeness, with a special gift and a purpose to serve others and impact the world. We need to discover and express our gift, not copy or imitate others, or seek their approval. We need to pursue God with everything we have, and then we will discover both him and ourselves.
• How to increase our altitude? Our altitude is the height to which our heart aspires, and it depends on the information that is in it. We need to change the content of our heart with the truth that aligns us with our source, our creator. We need to believe in our value and significance to the world, and give value to others. We need to have a healthy sense of self-esteem, which is our estimation of our value and usefulness to the world.
